With the recent announcement of institutional closures throughout the world and more to come due to the Coronavirus Outbreak, QASPIR is offering an intensive online workshop on “Online Learning for Faculty: what you need to know and do for a successful transition of your curriculum”.
QASPIR President, Prof John Ryder writes. “The Coronavirus has placed obligations on all of us to respond carefully while providing the services our students require. QASPIR is pleased to be able to help meet that need through webinars, training and access to our resources that will assist faculty members with their online teaching”.
Designed for institutions to register and invite their faculty to attend, our interactive workshop offers thorough preparation for taking the curriculum and transferring it online.
Regardless of your country, your available resources, your knowledge of online learning, or the Learning Management System you use, this workshop will help all participants quickly adapt to taking their curriculum and applying it online.
Our workshop is interactive – you will be able to ask questions directly to the instructors; complete group activities, see other participants on the screen, as well as taking coffee breaks.
Pre-course material will be supplied to all participants to ensure we are able to start at the same level of knowledge and be fully prepared to move forward together.
